General Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.

Return Process

Log in to your account, go to 'Order History', select the order and click 'Return' on the specific item.

Provide Details

Select the reason for return and upload clear photos/videos if the item is defective. Choose your preferred resolution (Refund or Exchange).

Authorization

Await approval from our quality assurance team. You will receive instructions on the next steps.

Return Item

Depending on your selection, drop off the item at our hub or wait for our pickup agent. Ensure it's properly packaged.

Home & GardenBedding, towels, assembled furniture, and breakable glassware.
GadgetsItems with tampered serials or damage due to misuse (broken screens).

GroceriesPerishables, beverages with tampered seals, and sack-packaged food.
OthersItems delivered over 3 business days ago, clearance sale items, and near-expiry goods.

Processing Timeline

Pickup & Drop Off

Usually processed within 1-3 business days after initiation.

Refund & Exchange

Bank refunds take 5-7 business days. Wallet refunds are instant upon approval.

The refund timeline starts from the day the item reaches our quality control center.
